Téchnē Program

We are glad to introduce the Téchnē Program, an internship that will provide you with a firsthand look at what end-to-end product development truly entails. The deal is simple: we teach you the ropes, and you help us build and ship real features.

Let’s be honest about what we are looking for

We are not looking for a know-it-all. We are seeking an individual with programming experience who possesses a no-nonsense, results-driven attitude.

We are seeking an individual who can devise innovative solutions and utilize modern tools to build more efficiently and effectively. You will work directly with the Founder and Senior Developers on live client projects and internal R&D.

The "Paper" Stuff 

We do not care about your degree. We do not care about your CGPA. We do not care if you have arrears or backlogs.

All we care about is your output. Can you understand a problem? Can you build a solution? Can you communicate? If you can do those things, you are the right person for us.

The Tech Stack & Tools

You will be building full-stack applications. Here is the sandbox you will play in:

  • Frontend: React (maybe some Next.js)

  • Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI), or Go

  • Database: SQL (Postgres)

Fun Part

Now, let's talk about the fun part of the job. We use tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, and bolt.new. These tools are not just for fun; they are here to make your work more efficient and enjoyable. We encourage you to use these to streamline your workflow.

The Logistics

We want to be upfront about the requirements so there are no surprises later.

  1. Location: This position starts remotely, but you will need to relocate to our office in Dharapuram within two to four weeks.

  2. Time: The shift is 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This allows us to overlap with US time zones.

How you work matters

We offer mentorship, but we are not here to micromanage you. We need a self-starter. When you get stuck, we want you to try to fix it first. You should be able to Google it, prompt an AI for help, or read the docs before you raise your hand.

We want you to have the freedom to explore and grow. If you discover a new tool or a more effective way to solve a problem, we encourage you to use it. This is not just an internship, it's a learning journey. The Logistics (Please read carefully)
